Aadil Hospital introduces Blood Bank and Transfusion Center. 24/7 service for facilitating the patients pertaining to their treatments, surgeries & other related illness requirements. This serves as the back bone of the hospital catering to the emergencies, trauma cases, viral endemics, support to Dialysis Centre, Un-expected blood loss in during surgical cases, Cancer patients etc.
The Aadil hospital's Blood Bank is one of the few Blood Banks that are registered with Punjab Blood Bank Regulatory Authority. We believe is practicing Safe blood handling. The Standard Operating procedures are well defined and all staff members are well oriented and trained to handle these. A Blood Transfusion Committee over seas the blood transfusions and issues relating to Blood Banking. A continuous Quality Improvement Team reviews the performance of Blood Transfusion Committee and suggests areas for improvement and preventive measures to avoid Blood and Blood Products adverse reactions.
